Gratitude

Gratitude is learning to give thanks for those things we receive day by day. For us it means being aware of all the good things around us and those strengths we are born with.

What is a gratitude journal?

In a gratitude journal people record those things for which they feel thankful for, we have decided to go a step further and help you to establish "moments" for which you feel grateful.

In the application you will be able to record "moments" or "reflections", which you will see later on this page.

Despite calling it a diary, the frequency of use is estimated by each person, you can complete 1, 2 or as many moments as you want, likewise with the reflections, there will be days that we want to write more than others and this is completely normal.

PS: In the free version of the app we can write one moment and one reflection per day, if you unlock the "pro" version these will be unlimited.

Benefits of writing and reflecting on gratitude

Nowadays, many of us more easily see the bad side of things, the negative points of our lives, what we could improve, what we don't have... But have you ever noticed how many things you have and don't value?

Through the inner search to find little good things, that you like, that you want, strengths that you were born with, a challenge that has given us the opportunity to grow, nice people, special relationships... you leave aside that more pessimistic part of you, and you begin to focus on gratitude to gradually evolve and transform yourself into someone a little happier and more aware of your life.

All those little searches are the ones we are going to write down, to reaffirm to yourself how good and proud you are of them.

And the best of all is that you can do it at any time, any little bit of time you dedicate to yourself will be important and, no matter how little or long it is, it will be perfect.

Within the application we create moments, but what is a "Moment"?
